We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator to become an important part of our team. What You'll Do As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming and positive experience every day.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greeting patients and welcoming new families to our practice Checking patients in and out efficiently and accurately Scheduling and coordinating appointments Managing appointment changes and rescheduling requests Opening and closing the front office Answering incoming phone calls professionally and promptly Updating patient information and maintaining accurate records Supporting the team with general administrative and clerical duties What We're Looking For We're seeking a friendly, dependable professional who enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive team environment.
