Specialist, CNC Programming & Operations

CNC Programming & Operations Specialist needed on-site in Kenosha, WI to support high performance doors. Essential Job Functions Develop CNC programs across multiple fabrication platforms Generate G-code and machine instructions Use SolidWorks to create flat patterns and cutting files Establish programs for new equipment Troubleshoot machine issues & support production Validate part quality against design Maintain documentation and revision control What we are looking for: Degree, diploma or certificate in machine tool technology, CNC programming and operations, CAD technology or related technical program is desirable 3+ years CNC programming experience Experience with multiple CNC platforms Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects SolidWorks experience required Advanced/Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite and SharePoint Knowledge of PLC-based machine control systems is desirable 4Front Engineered Solutions is a leader in the door and docking industry.
