POSITION SUMMARY
The Refined Fuels Scheduler will work closely with the Trading team to manage pipeline transfers, product movements, and transaction documentation. This role will also support commodity analysis and contract bidding. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate pipeline movements and in-tank transfers on multiple products Forecast demand and nominations Manage inventory across multiple pipeline systems Develop and maintain strong external relationships (pipelines and trade partners) Oversee invoice creation and processing Analyze market trends in coordination with trading team This is a full-time position with opportunity to work remotely and will include occasional weekends with minimal travel requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related analytic-based field; equivalent experience may be considered 2+ years of experience in refined fuels scheduling Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with ERP systems or business intelligence tools such as Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions Excellent communication (internally and externally) and organization skills
