Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop accurate cost estimates. Prepare detailed bid proposals by analyzing project specifications, drawings, and market conditions. Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and contract terms while maintaining strong professional relationships. Monitor project budgets and perform cost control analysis to identify potential overruns or savings opportunities. Assist in contract administration by reviewing terms, tracking changes, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Support project management teams in scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, cost control, or project coordination within the construction industry. Understanding of contracts, scope of work development, and project management principles. Ability to analyze pricing strategies and perform detailed cost estimations.
