TAR Scheduler Flux Resources, LLC United States, Wisconsin, Superior Apr 29, 2026 Flux Resources is seeking a TAR Scheduler to join one of our clients in Superior, WI. This is a Contract to hire opportunity paying in the $60

• 72/hr range.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• 7+ years of relevant construction and schedule management experience, or alternatively up to 10+ years' experience in a similar environment.
• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling concepts and tools such as Primavera P6.
• Oil and Gas or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Turnaround Scheduling Experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
