Job Description

Job Overview (Entry-Level Welcome) Do you love being where the action is? As an Expo, you are the final checkpoint for our kitchen, ensuring every plate looks perfect before it goes to the table. You are the "air traffic controller" of the restaurant—balancing the speed of the kitchen with the needs of our servers. If you are highly organized and a quick learner, we will train you to lead the flow of our upscale restaurant.
What We're Looking For Focus:
The ability to keep track of multiple tickets and tables at once without breaking a sweat.
Clear Communication:
You aren't afraid to speak up, "call" orders to the chefs, and keep the front-of-house team moving.
Detail-Oriented:
You naturally notice the small things—a missing side, a garnish out of place, or a smudged plate—that make a meal look great.
Hustle:
You thrive in the middle of the "rush" and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
The Day-to-Day Quality Control:
Inspect every dish for accuracy, temperature, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
The Bridge:
Communicate clearly between the Servers and the Kitchen to ensure timing is perfect for every course.
Final Touches:
Assist with final plating details (garnishes, sauces, wiping plate rims) and ensuring all necessary condiments are ready.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to move quickly in a high-temperature kitchen environment.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
