Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist callers with scheduling appointments
• Use phone systems and computer software to manage and update appointment schedules
• Coordinate with medical staff and patients to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling purposes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing appointment schedules
