Scheduling Coordinator

Job Overview Full-Time Scheduler - Home Health Department Buffalo Senior Center - Buffalo, WY The Buffalo Senior Center is hiring a Full-Time Scheduler for our Home Health Department. This key position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, communicating with clients and caregivers, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Discretion and HIPPA compliance are a must.

Responsibilities:

Manage staff appointments and schedules Handle schedule changes and resolve conflicts Communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members

Qualifications:

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Computer proficiency required Experience in healthcare scheduling preferred, but not required CNA experience preferred, but not required.
