Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Willing and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is required Available and on call for emergencies day and night. Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment Make repairs in occupied apartments, as well as repaint and shampoo carpets in turnover unit Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascades of Sugarland Ridge $16.00 - $18.00/hour Depending on
