Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center is currently searching for a Scheduler to join our team!
Scheduler Responsibilities:
Schedule nursing staff in coordination with Director of Nursing or designee to meet the needs of the patients and facility. Communicate the staffing schedule to staff on a timely basis. Fill any vacant shifts through coordination with staff. Ensuring schedules are up to date for Direct Care Staff. Preparing and posting daily assignment sheets. Daily attendance tracking. Other duties as needed. Our facilities deliver outstanding care as well as foster strong employee bonds. We offer short-term to long-term care and a variety of living options and professional clinical services. Scheduler Requirements:
Minimum one year experience with scheduling staff, preferably in a medical setting. Long Term Care experience is preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, computer proficiency, and being able to multi-task. Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required. Completion of orientation required by company policy. Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment. Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire. Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check. Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job. Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
