Requirements:

1 year of equipment (cherry picker, reach, and forklift) operator experience. Forklift certified. Ability to safely lift and move heavy cartons throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership experience or the ability to lead and organize shipping dock operations is a plus.

Job Duties:

Stack and organize cartons for shipment. Wrap pallets securely to ensure safe transportation. Load trucks accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping dock. Verify shipments are properly prepared and ready for dispatch. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
