Role:

We are a growing Ecommerce company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to handle the fulfillment of individual customer orders across our Amazon, Walmart, and website sales channels. This is not a bulk shipment role — you will be picking, packing, and shipping individual orders daily using ShipStation or a similar shipping platform. If you are organized, fast, and take pride in getting every order right, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill individual customer orders received through Amazon (Merchant Fulfilled), Walmart, and our company website on a daily basis. Use ShipStation or similar shipping software to import orders, print shipping labels, and confirm shipments accurately. Pick the correct items for each order, pack them securely and professionally, and apply the correct shipping label before dispatch. Ensure all orders are processed and ready for carrier pickup within the required timeframe to meet platform shipping deadlines and avoid late shipment penalties. Verify order details including item, quantity, shipping address, and carrier selection before sealing each package. Manage and prioritize a daily order queue to ensure all orders ship on time, especially during high-volume periods. Monitor and flag any order issues such as out-of-stock items, address errors, or system discrepancies to the Team Lead immediately. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing station at all times. Assist with restocking packing supplies (boxes, mailers, bubble wrap, tape, labels) and notify the Team Lead when inventory is low. Follow all shipping carrier requirements and platform-specific guidelines for packaging and labeling.

What We're Looking For System Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with ShipStation or a similar order management and label printing platform is highly preferred. Comfort navigating Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Portal is a plus.

Detail-Oriented:

You verify every order before it goes out the door. You understand that a wrong item or missed shipment directly affects the customer experience and our seller ratings.

Communication:

You work well within a team and promptly communicate any order issues or delays to your Team Lead so problems are resolved quickly.

Reliability:

You are dependable, punctual, and can handle a steady daily order volume without cutting corners. Some Saturdays may be required based on order volume and operational needs.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift/move 10-50+ lbs as needed in a warehouse environment.
