$25.10 General Description (Summary description of the primary duties and objectives of the position.) High skilled shipping roles such as corporate shipping expediter, lead shipper, load coordinator, or specialized wood crate building within the shipping function. Works with shipping databases including SAP to manage or locate product or schedules to provide direction to shipping or warehouse personnel. Requirements Profile (Competencies, skills, abilities, experience, education necessary.) Skills/Abilities
  • Able to work standing or seated constantly and with some bending and twisting.
  • Able to exert in excess of 100 lbs of force occasionally, and /or in excess of 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.
  • Able to occasionally lift 35-50 lbs. from floor to waist; lift 50-80 lbs from waist to shoulders; and push / pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Able to carry 35-55 lbs.
  • Able to reach constantly forward, frequently laterally and occasionally over the shoulders.
  • Able to occasionally grasp with moderate force.
  • Able to rotate to other work in the zone, department, division or plant as required.
  • Must know acceptable quality standards.
  • Must be able to recognize and accurately identify parts, materials, and finishes.
  • Must know and be able to work with the SAP/warehouse system.
  • Able to work in a fast pace/changing work environment. Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent may be required.
