Overview We are hiring 1-2 Fulfillment Associates to support daily kit assembly and shipping operations in a structured healthcare environment. This role focuses on assembling standardized kits, performing quality checks, and preparing shipments accurately and consistently. This is a steady, detail-oriented role in a clean, organized workspace. Accuracy and reliability are of high importance. Responsibilities Assemble diagnostic kits according to established procedures Verify components and quantities before packaging Perform quality checks prior to shipment Label, package, and prepare shipments Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with inventory counting and restocking Follow SOPs and compliance requirements Communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the
Fulfillment Operations Lead Qualifications Required:
1+ year of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, production, or similar environment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written instructions and checklists Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
