E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate ($18/hour) Victory Wipes Phoenix, AZ Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer literacy Full Job Description Hi, I'm Edgar Delgado, owner of Victory Wipes and Duke's Discounts. Join our e-commerce fulfillment operation as an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate! We run multiple online brands — including Victory Wipes and Duke's Discounts (live auction resale on TikTok Shop and Whatnot) — and need someone reliable to handle order fulfillment across a variety of products, from body wipes to electronics and home goods. Our warehouse is located in Central Phoenix. This is a flexible, low-supervision role — you'll work independently and manage your own pace as long as orders go out on time. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment Print shipping labels and packing slips Help organize incoming inventory Flag inventory discrepancies or issues Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable transportation Able to work independently without close supervision Physically able to lift/move boxes and stand for extended periods Somewhat tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Sheets and basic computer tasks is a plus, but not required Previous fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required Schedule Shifts are typically 6-10 hours, generally falling between 6am-10pm, with most fulfillment work happening in the morning (ideally starting around 7-8am). You're able to take a lunch break during your shift. Schedule is flexible, with occasional adjustments as needed.
