Warehouse Associate Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports day to day warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping product safely and accurately. This role helps maintain inventory integrity, keeps the facility organized, and ensures orders are fulfilled on time. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments; verify counts, inspect for damage, and label/put away product Pick orders using pick lists/RF scanner; stage and prepare for shipment Pack and palletize orders; shrink wrap, label, and complete shipping documentation Load/unload trucks manually and/or with pallet jack or forklift (as trained/certified) Perform inventory counts (cycle counts/physical counts) and report discrepancies Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S/housekeeping standards Follow safety procedures (PPE, safe lifting, equipment checks, incident reporting) Operate warehouse equipment as assigned (pallet jack, cart, RF scanner, forklift, etc.) Support returns processing, repackaging, and quality checks as needed Communicate issues that may impact productivity, accuracy, or on time shipping Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 0-2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience (preferred) Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision Basic math and computer skills; RF scanning experience a plus Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work overtime as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling; up to 50 lbs (with heavier items assisted) Repetitive bending, reaching, and grasping; comfortable working in a fast paced environment Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Forklift certification (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet rider) Shipping systems experience (UPS/FedEx labels, WMS/ERP) Experience with cycle counting and inventory control Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
