Job Description

Warehouse & Receiving Specialist Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Overtime as required)
Position Type:
Temporary-to-Hire Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Receiving Specialist to oversee all incoming shipments. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading trucks, inspecting inventory for accuracy, and performing essential ERP data entry to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Logistics & Receiving:
Unload and load trucks using pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, or reach trucks; operate dock plates and compactors.
Inventory Verification:
Inspect incoming shipments for quality and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
System Operations:
Process material transactions in Oracle, generate shrink-wrap packaging, and read Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Proven ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack). Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience collaborating across all team levels. Physical Requirements Lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift. Full visual acuity (color, depth perception, distance) and hearing capabilities for production floor safety.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
