In this role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and dispatched in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a commitment to maintaining seamless warehouse operations. This position plays a vital role in supporting our supply chain, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using order picking tools such as RF scanners. Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts to load and unload goods safely. Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management software and ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations. Collaborate with logistics providers to coordinate shipping logistics, schedule pickups, and track deliveries. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using inventory management software. Support order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms by managing order picker tasks and processing customer orders efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment following safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Assist with data entry related to shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and shipment tracking updates. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management practices. Experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklift trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Familiarity with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and inventory adjustments. Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within fast-paced warehouse operations. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
