Job Description

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for executing high-volume, end-to-end shipping and fulfillment operations in a fast-paced environment within the Warehouse and Shipping department. This is a non-exempt, hourly role focused on accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery. Job Duties
  • Receive and process daily orders from the warehouse management system (WMS) with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Pick, pack, and prepare shipments including finished goods, printed materials, and related items in alignment with work order specifications
  • Ensure all shipments meet quality standards, including verifying quantities, specifications, and special handling instructions
  • Inspect products and packaging for defects and escalate discrepancies as needed
  • Review and prioritize work orders to meet production schedules, shipping deadlines, and customer expectations
  • Follow established SOPs and contribute ideas for process improvement
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and assist in discrepancy resolution
  • Communicate delays, safety concerns, or operational risks to leadership in a timely manner Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA and company standards Schedule
