Temp-to-Hire Schedule:

Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Prepare and process outgoing orders accurately and on time Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners Load and unload trucks safely Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

1-3 years of shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred Experience with inventory systems and RF scanners is a plus Forklift experience or certification is a plus Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Bilingual preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Connect clients with community resources, housing options, and supportive programs. Provide behavioral management guidance and support to clients and families. Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and case documentation. Collaborate with outside agencies, service providers, and internal teams to ensure effective support. Conduct home visits, outreach, and follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in social services, behavioral health, or case management. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Computer literacy and strong organizational skills. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is required

Physical Demands:

Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by phone. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel locally for home visits and client support. Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 35 pounds.
