We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Inventory & Warehouse Analyst within our supply chain group based in Carlsbad, NM. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications: Experience in Materials Management. Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry. Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional working relationships. Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment. Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment. Good organization and time management skills. Essential Job Duties Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis. SAP entry of all in and outbound movements for Carlsbad yard and warehouse. Purchase requisition creation for both purchases and subcontracting. Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory. Assisting with booking freight and other logistics. Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles. Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines:
SOX, COPAS
