This hands-on position involves preparing customer orders, organizing products, checking items for accuracy, and moving completed shipments through the fulfillment process. No previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for candidates who are reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in an active environment. Responsibilities Review incoming orders and prepare items for fulfillment Locate and pick products from designated storage areas Check items, quantities, and order details before packing Pack completed orders securely and prepare them for shipment Print and apply shipping labels and other required information Move packed orders to the appropriate staging or shipping area Help receive and organize incoming products and supplies Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized storage locations Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the appropriate team member Keep workstations and fulfillment areas clean and organized Follow established procedures for order handling and workplace safety Work with team members to complete daily fulfillment tasks Perform other general fulfillment duties as assigned Qualifications No previous experience required; training is provided High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and a responsible work ethic Good organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the workday Willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities What We Offer Full-time employment Entry-level opportunity On-the-job training Supportive team environment Practical experience in fulfillment and order operations If you are dependable, organized, and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply for the Fulfillment Associate position and become part of our team.
