Job Description

Become a Key Player as a Receiver Join the team as a Receiver and ensure accurate, compliant inbound intake for the client. You will support operations by verifying incoming freight, assigning pallets to purchase orders, and maintaining records in the warehouse management system. This is an onsite role (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM) with potential overtime as volume requires; the position is temp-to-hire. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform four-sided checks on inbound pallets, including safety and pest inspection Verify one SKU, lot, and expiration date per pallet; break down and rebuild pallets as needed Assign pallets to the correct purchase order and label for put-away Enter and track receipts in the WMS Escalate discrepancies, damage, and potential quality or contamination issues Restack palletized freight as required Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Prior receiving experience in a WMS-driven warehouse Strong computer and handheld scanner proficiency High attention to detail on lot, expiration, and count accuracy Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Compliance with site requirements (orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access; GFSI food-safety standards apply) Here's What Else Might Help You Out Sit-down forklift experience Pay Range $20.63/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
