Job Description

Join our team at LA Timepieces, a leading E-Commerce luxury-watch company based in Chino Hills, CA. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, we take pride in providing exquisite timepieces to our customers. We are seeking a motivated Associate who will be responsible for the following:
    Customer Service :
    Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or chat. Providing assistance with product selection, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and resolving issues.
      Order Processing :
      Processing online orders, including order verification, payment processing, packing, and coordinating shipping and delivery.
        Inventory Management :
        Storing, managing, and monitoring inventory. Coordinating with the inventory and fulfillment department to ensure products are in stock and accounted for.
          Listing Maintenance:
          Regularly updating listings, including updating product information, managing inventory levels, enhancing product descriptions, optimizing for search, and managing reviews and ratings.
            Internal Cooperation & Communication :
            Assist in day-to-day operations of the business.
              Assembly or Packaging:
              Assemble and package products before shipment.
                Shipping and Logistics :
                Coordinating with shipping carriers, selecting appropriate shipping methods, and ensuring that orders are delivered to customers promptly.
                  Quality Assurance :
                  Conducting regular checks to ensure quality and accuracy.
                    Marketing Support :
                    Assisting with eCommerce marketing initiatives, such as email marketing campaigns and social media promotions. This may involve creating content, scheduling posts, and tracking campaign performance.
                      Analytics and Reporting :
                      Monitoring traffic, sales performance, and other key metrics. Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.
                        Continuous Learning :
                        Staying updated on eCommerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve processes and drive growth.
                        Qualifications:
                        • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
                        • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
                        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
                        • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
                        • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
                        • Ability to adjust and multi-task in a fast-paced but friendly environment
                        • Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin preferred)
                        • Passion for learning and professional development.
                        • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
