Responsibilities include:
Receive and accurately scan incoming parts shipments. Process nightly deliveries and stock inventory efficiently. Pull and stage parts for customer, technician, and wholesale orders. Verify inventory accuracy while scanning, picking, and packing. Perform quality checks to ensure correct parts and quantities. Prepare shipping paperwork, manifests, labels, and required documentation. Package and load outgoing shipments safely and accurately. Organize inventory and maintain an orderly warehouse. Notify the Parts Manager of damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all dealership safety policies and standard operating procedures. Assist with inventory organization and other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift and move automotive parts throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable with excellent attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Professional appearance and customer service mindset. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
