Seasonal Shipping / Receiving Associates in Del Rey, CA! Join our team for Pomegranate Season 2026. We are hiring Shipping and Receiving Associates to help coordinate the movement of products, materials, and supplies throughout the facility during the busy pomegranate season. Medical, Dental, AD&D Job ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming products, materials, and suppliesLoad and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficientlyPrepare products and materials for shipmentVerify quantities, labels, product numbers, and shipping documentsCheck incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damageOrganize products and materials in designated storage and staging areasPrepare pallets, boxes, and products for shipmentApply labels, tags, and shipping documentation as requiredMaintain accurate shipping and receiving recordsAssist with inventory counts and product trackingCoordinate with warehouse, production, forklift, and transportation teamsReport damaged, missing, or incorrect products to supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe loading and receiving areaFollow all company safety, quality, and shipping proceduresAssist with general warehouse duties as neededPerform other shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as assigned QualificationsPrevious shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredForklift experience or certification is a plusAbility to read and understand shipping documents, labels, and instructionsBasic computer and data entry skills preferredBasic math skills for counting and verifying productsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environmentAbility to safely lift, move, and organize products and materialsAbility to lift up to 40 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredAbility to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions Why Work With Full Steam Staffing?
