Locate, scan, and retrieve single and multi-item orders using RF handheld scanners and our Warehouse Management Systems. Pack like a

Pro:

Pack items securely and efficiently according to brand packaging guidelines, inserts, and unboxing standards. Ship on

Time:

Weigh, label, and stage outbound parcel shipments to meet strict daily carrier deadlines.

Maintain Pick Locations:

Monitor active ECOM pick locations, perform cycle counts, and restock primary bins from bulk storage.

Quality & Returns:

Inspect items for damage prior to packing.

Keep It Safe & Clean:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station following warehouse safety guidelines.

AM Skills:

E-Commerce & WMS Experience:

1+ years specifically in direct-to-consumer (D2C) picking/packing using a Warehouse Management System.

Automation Familiarity:

Experience working alongside automated picking systems, scanners, or conveyors.

Peak Season Experience:

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume shipping environments like holiday peak periods.
