Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Specialist for a contract/temporary opportunity in Dublin, CA. This role supports warehouse operations within a manufacturing and production environment, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, assembly, inventory accuracy, and general warehouse organization. The Shipping Specialist will be part of a hands-on, team-oriented warehouse setting where accuracy, communication, and reliability are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured warehouse work, takes pride in keeping operations organized, and can support daily shipping deadlines while working closely with management, team members, and transportation carriers. Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound products and parts, inspect for quantity accuracy and damage, and store items in the proper warehouse locations.
- Pick, package, label, and ship customer orders according to customer instructions and carrier requirements.
- Assemble glassware, stainless-steel kits, Petri dishes, and related products according to established product standards.
- Enter receiving data for inbound domestic products into the ERP system and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and report shipping errors, discrepancies, or mis-shipments to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including general housekeeping and clutter reduction. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Schedule:
Start time between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, end time between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
