In this role, you will coordinate and verify large bulk incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring efficient handling of goods and accurate documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs). You will utilize warehouse management systems along with standard office and shipping-specific software to maintain records and support daily shipping activities. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming large bulk shipments of tires Coordinate transportation for outgoing products Assist customers with shipping inquiries, providing bilingual support Enter and manage shipping data using warehouse management systems and office software Manage shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs) Perform multitasking duties in a fast-paced logistics environment Support overall shipping logistics and administrative tasks Required Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or related fields Ability to handle physical workload and multitask effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in data entry and management of shipping documents Bilingual communication skills Preferred Qualifications 1+ years experience in shipping coordination or inventory management High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping-specific software Excellent customer service and time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
