Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Fullerton, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments. Verify shipping information, product quantities, and customer orders. Process shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels. Coordinate shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight companies. Load and unload shipments as needed using material handling equipment. Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory systems. Inspect packages for accuracy and quality before shipment. Track shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies. Communicate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams regarding shipping schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Shipping Clerk experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL shipping processes. Ability to prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Forklift experience is a plus.
