In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies that drive online sales and enhance customer engagement. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing our digital presence and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales. Intake all online orders (Shopify/Ebay/Amazon/Temu) Pursue sales needs via email or phone Respond to all customer service emails or customer messages across all platforms Answer phone calls from customers. Oversee content management systems to ensure accurate product listings. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising materials. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
