JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Ensure all envelopes are sealed correctly. Check the envelope window display for names and addresses. Verify all paperwork and ensure that everything matches the tracking form. Complete tracking forms and paperwork with accuracy. Consult with the machine operator first before clearing equipment for the next job. Remove damaged material/paper and place it in the shred box. Communicate to the supervisor when new materials are needed. Be open to learning other skills and cross-training in other departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Selected candidates MUST have a consecutive work history and the ability to lift 35 lbs. Experience working in a fast-paced automated warehouse environment is preferred, and can work independently, and in a team. Must also display a helpful and courteous attitude toward co-workers; and display good oral and written communication skills. All candidates must pass a drug screening test and an assessment test.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

REQUIREMENTS MUST

be able to work weekends and overtime when needed. MUST be able to stand, walk, and lift 30-50 lbs. Great communication skills Ability to move at a fast pace and meet deadlines
