Full Job Description Job Description:
Operations, Sales & Shipping Assistant We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive person to support our daily business operations. This position includes preparing orders, packing shipments, checking inventory, handling shipping paperwork, creating invoices, and assisting customers with sales and service. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This person will help make sure orders are processed correctly, products are packed safely, inventory is accurate, and customers receive professional and friendly service. Main Responsibilities Prepare and process customer orders. Pack orders safely, neatly, and professionally. Check and maintain inventory levels. Report missing, damaged, or low-stock items. Prepare shipping paperwork and documentation. Create invoices for customers. Assist with order, delivery, and shipping information. Communicate with customers by phone, message, or in person. Support sales, customer follow-ups, and order taking. Answer basic customer questions about products, prices, orders, and availability. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Support other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse, sales, customer service, shipping, or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Responsible, punctual, and reliable. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Basic computer skills for invoices, orders, and customer information. Ability to lift, move, and pack products when needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required. Desired Skills Organization and ability to manage priorities. Professional customer service attitude. Ability to sell and communicate with customers. Accuracy when handling inventory, invoices, and shipping documents. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
