This role ensures finish goods are properly received, documented, stored, and distributed to support contract manufacturers and customer fulfillment while maintaining compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, ownership of daily logistics operations, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment to customers and external partners
  • Process domestic and international shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and couriers
  • Generate and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records
  • Support coordinating shipments to and from contract sterilization providers
  • Support logistics coordination and maintain relationships with shipping vendors
  • Receive and inspect raw materials (including lot-controlled items), returned goods and non-inventory goods
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
  • Process receipts accurately and in a timely manner within the ERP system
  • Perform routine cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Identify and communicate inventory shortages to Purchasing
  • Maintain organized stockroom and storage areas
  • Perform shipping, receiving, inventory, and work order transactions in ERP system
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
  • Support returns processing, including Return to Supplier (RTS) and Returned Goods Authorization (RGA)
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
  • May support purchasing activities for consumables and supplies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Ability to work independently or under little supervision.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
  • Able to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 30 lbs
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, QAD).
  • Having certification on shipping Hazardous materials is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and personal accountability.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Sharepoint and Teams.
Preferred Education and/or Job experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5+ years of shipping, receiving experience
  • Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, biotech) preferred
Pay:
$27.00 - $33.00 per hour
