Frontier Imaging, Inc. is one of the leading distributors of OEM and compatible copier, fax and printer parts and supplies in the USA and internationally. We sell to a comprehensive network of distributors, wholesalers and dealers including independent service providers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. Those that are motivated and have a keen eye for attention to details are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:

The Logistics Specialist position would assist with our accounting and order processing functions. Some of the key job duties would include processing and invoicing orders, generating quotes and scheduling shipments through LTL and FTL carriers, sending invoices to customers, and resolving any issues that may occur with customer orders. Additional duties include accurate inputting data in system software and review accuracy of shipping and receiving B.O.L. documents.

Requirements:

Experience in Freight Forwarding Operations a plus Experience with Export Shipping Documentation Strong math skills Detail oriented Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. MS Navision is highly desirable. Knowledge of Navision is highly desirable Accountable and results-driven. Critical and quick thinker/problem solver/assertive. Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload. Ability to execute successfully in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Proficient in the navigation of multiple computer applications. Proficient use of keyboard, mouse and ability to navigate 2 workstation monitors. Good written and verbal communication skills. Receptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to change. Attention to detail.
