We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Technician to manage and document paperwork for shipping products globally. This role involves extensive documentation related to exports, customs, and compliance with local county and USDA regulations. The position supports international and domestic shipping for seed, equipment, and products. Job Description Manage international and domestic shipping of seed, equipment, and products to support breeding pipelines. Oversee all aspects of preparing shipments, including documentation, compliance, and tracking. Document and handle all paperwork related to international shipping. Maintain accurate records of shipments and report on export status. Provide lists of seeds to labor force and ensure proper packaging for shipments. Drop off packaged shipments at the shipping and receiving department, ensuring documentation is complete. Receive and log incoming material. Communicate and coordinate with Agricultural Departments, customs, and other authorities. Perform physical packing, labeling, and shipping of outgoing material. Stay updated on export regulations and compliance requirements. Provide support in resolving shipping documentation and customs clearance issues. Skills Required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs processes. Ability to manage physical documentation (original phytos, lab tests, inspection reports, import permits, etc.). Experience in seed inventory management and shipment tracking. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and external partners. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Capability to handle physical packing, labeling, and shipping operations. Understanding of global shipping lanes and regulations. Education/Training/Certifications Relevant degree or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Training in international shipping, export regulations, or customs documentation is a plus. Additional Requirements Must pass a drug screening and criminal background checks

PM Pay Rate/Salary Estimated Salary:
