The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires proficiency in various warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Duties Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are accurately received and dispatched. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order fulfillment. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload goods safely. Perform order picking and packing tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Package products securely for shipment, adhering to company standards for e-commerce orders. Requirements Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes. Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices and order fulfillment procedures. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 software is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely. Strong basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order processing. Experience with RF scanners for tracking inventory is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking & packing tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
