Shipping and Receiving Associate

Employment Solutions is looking to add a Shipping & Receiving associate to one of our clients in the Enfield area! These positions are temp to hire!

Schedule:

Monday- Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Pay :

$21.00/hr

Location:

Enfield, CT Essential Functions:

Pick Parts listed on outgoing orders, checking parts numbers and quantity, tag all parts with number. Check/ initiate corrections in quantity available for shipment. Use/create packaging sufficient to ensure arrival at destination without damage ship packages and enter call tags using the UPS Computerized Manifest System. Report unanticipated stock outs and low stock balances Check in and store orders Create and record new parts storage locations and changes as required. Perform cycle and inventory counts Initiate reorder of shipping supplies Maintain clean warehouse shipping areas Ensure Packages and paperwork are ready for end of day UPS pick up and system is closed out and business. Familiarity with shipping policy that all orders received by 2pm are shipped the same day if parts numbers are given at time of order.

Position Qualifications:

6 months-1 years experience Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Forklift Experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to lift up to 40lbs Must have your own reliable transportation Able to pass urine drug screening #IND1
