Full-Time $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Join the Team at Same Day Awards! Same Day Awards is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Associate to join our team. If you enjoy staying active, take pride in doing quality work, and like working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, receiving inventory, organizing stock, and helping ensure our inventory is accurate and ready for our production team. You'll play a key role in keeping our production and shipping operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Carefully package customer orders to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
• Prepare and process UPS, USPS, and other shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure all daily shipments are completed on schedule.
• Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Organize, stock, and replenish inventory throughout the production facility.
• Perform cycle counts as needed
• Pull inventory for production orders as needed.
• Assist with assembling products and preparing inventory items.
• Operate basic power tools and equipment (training provided) while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping and warehouse area.
• Break down packaging materials and assist with general production housekeeping.
• Occasionally use the company vehicle to pick up local inventory orders.
• Assist other departments as business needs require.

• Previous inventory experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for most of the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
