Our Mission is to help people win their battle with severe pain. Job Description The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders through shipment. This role ensures inventory is properly managed, orders are picked and packed according to company standards, and shipments are completed on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Duties and Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping Verify order accuracy against customer requirements, including product configuration, labeling, and documentation prior to shipment Generate and review shipping documentation (packing slips, labels, commercial invoices, export documentation if applicable) Inventory Management Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis and corrective actions Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, replenishment needs, or excess inventory risks to Operations/Planning teams Support quarantine, non-conforming material handling, and disposition processes Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Ensure labeling, packaging, and shipping documentation meet regulatory and customer-specific requirements Assist with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities related to fulfillment or inventory issues Warehouse & Safety Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners) safely and responsibly Additional Operation Department tasks, as assigned. Systems & Data Integrity Ensure accurate and compliant use of Inventory Management / ERP systems for all transactions Maintain item master data accuracy (lot numbers, serial numbers, expiration dates, locations) Support system improvements, testing, or implementation of new tools and processes Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate status of urgent or high-priority orders to internal stakeholders Support new product launches, field actions, or special fulfillment projects Continuous Improvement Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Participate in Lean, 5S, or other operational excellence initiatives Help develop and update SOPs and work instructions Performance & Accountability Meet established KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, etc.) Escalate risks or issues that could impact delivery, compliance, or customer satisfaction Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision Required Experience/Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a fulfillment or inventory role, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent communication and organizational skills Have basic knowledge of Microsoft products Ability to manage priorities and workload with general schedule of work, instruction and standardized processes Have self-direction with strong results-oriented attitude Nice-to-Haves Data Entry Accuracy Process-oriented thinking Team collaboration Reliability and punctuality Problem-solving under pressure Adaptability to changing priorities Education High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred Pay & Benefits Summary (once full-time) $26.44/hr Medical Vision and Dental Insurance Available 401K- discretionary 2.5% employer match Basic/Voluntary Term Life Insurance Long Term Disability HSA Accounts PTO Years 1 and 2, 15 days, Year 3 onwards 20 days 12 paid public holidays •This role is temp to perm. To be evaluated after 60 days with extension to 90/180 dependent on success. Final evaluation to occur at 90/180 with decision to convert to full time or not.
