Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 year customer service or retail preferred Basic computer skills, POS/cash handling, label printers, shipping software preferred. Customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking required. Employer conducts a background check Saturday availability is required

Job Description:

Assist customers with domestic and international shipping, packing, printing/copying, Amazon returns, mailbox services, and front counter customer service. Support A1 Live Scan & Collection services including live scan fingerprinting and specimen collection when needed. Must be friendly, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Work in a fast-paced business service center environment.
