Inspect pottery for cracks, chips, defects, incorrect finishes, or other quality concerns. Properly package and protect pottery products to minimize damage during storage and shipment. Label, stage, and organize completed orders for shipment or transfer. Assist with loading, unloading, receiving, and moving pottery products throughout the warehouse. Verify product quantities, item numbers, sizes, colors, and other order information for accuracy. Assist with inventory counts and report inventory discrepancies to management. Maintain organized product locations and properly return merchandise to designated storage areas. Report damaged products, equipment, or property to a supervisor immediately. Follow established procedures for handling damaged or defective merchandise. Use carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners, and other approved warehouse equipment as required. Keep workstations, aisles, staging areas, and warehouse areas clean and free of hazards. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Meet established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations. Work cooperatively with Pottery, E-Commerce, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and other departments as needed. Assist with special projects, product preparation, warehouse organization, and other operational needs. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to accurately identify products, quantities, and order information. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn different functions within the Pottery and Fulfillment departments. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to bend, reach, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to regularly lift and move pottery products, boxes, and other materials. Ability to safely handle fragile, bulky, and/or heavy merchandise. Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary.
