Full-Time About the Role Central Florida Powersports is looking for a dependable, hard-working Shipping Associate to join our growing Parts Team. This is a fast-paced warehouse position for someone who enjoys staying busy, works well with a team, and takes pride in accuracy and productivity. We are looking for someone who works with urgency, stays organized, and maintains productivity without constant supervision. Our Parts Department supports multiple warehouses and a high volume of daily shipments. The right candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy. Responsibilities Ship customer orders accurately and on time Pick, pack, and process outgoing shipments daily Create shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup Verify order accuracy before shipment Stock shelves and maintain warehouse organization Bin locate and organize incoming inventory Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain a clean and organized workstation Help teammates during busy periods and downtime Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment Schedule 5 days per week; Saturday and Monday availability is mandatory Requirements Prior shipping or warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift 25 lb packages repeatedly throughout the day Ability to stand at a workstation for extended periods Ability to climb one flight of stairs regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and shipping accuracy Basic computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Value Reliability and punctuality Productivity without constant supervision Working with urgency Taking initiative during downtime Helping teammates without being asked Integrity, honesty, and accountability Pride in doing the job correctly the first time About the Team Our Parts Team consists of 9 members operating across 5 warehouses.
