Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist is responsible for the flow of goods in and out of AESG. They handle, pack, record and stock customers' and company assets. Ensure timely, accurate and secure shipping and distribution.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sign for and accept deliveries
• Assist in unloading and loading shipments
• Inspect, photograph and document contents of shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Check shipping invoices to ensure all items are accounted for
• Store, restock and shelf delivered items
• Maintain accurate and clear records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Log records in company database
• Prepare shipping documents and create packing labels
• Schedule outgoing shipments with freight forwarders
• Transportation of company assets Required Skills/Abiliti es:

Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) or 1+ years of experience with logistics, packing or warehouse.

Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in a workshop environment and requires the ability to operate a forklift and other equipment to move heavy objects. Substantial movements and physical strength with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in unregulated temperature environments.
