E-commerce & Fulfillment Associate

Position Overview Join our growing luxury swimwear brand as an E-commerce Operations Assistant . This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys staying organized, and wants to gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of an independent fashion brand. You'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional customer experience by carefully fulfilling online orders, maintaining our inventory, supporting new product launches, and helping keep our daily e-commerce operations running smoothly. Every package you send reflects our brand, so attention to detail and presentation matter just as much as efficiency. We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, tech-savvy, and excited to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. Previous warehouse experience isn't required—we value organization, a positive attitude, and an interest in fashion and e-commerce above all else.

What You'll Do:

E-commerce & Order Fulfillment Carefully pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining our luxury packaging standards Prepare shipping labels and outgoing shipments Ensure same-day shipping deadlines are met Resolve order discrepancies and fulfillment issues Help create an exceptional unboxing experience for every customer Returns & Customer Orders Process returns and exchanges through Shopify and Loop Returns Inspect returned merchandise for quality and restocking Update inventory as returns are processed Identify damaged or defective products Shopify Operations Manage daily orders within Shopify Update tracking information and order statuses Assist with exchanges, refunds, and order edits Maintain accurate inventory across our online store Monitor and report inventory discrepancies Inventory & Studio Organization Receive and organize incoming inventory Keep our stockroom organized, clean, and easy to navigate Conduct routine inventory counts Assist with seasonal inventory audits Brand & Team Support Prepare PR mailers, sample shipments, and influencer packages Assist with photoshoots, product launches, pop-up events, and special projects Support the founder and team with day-to-day operational needs Help maintain an organized, welcoming studio environment What We're Looking ForRequired Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable learning new technology and online platforms Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Able to stand, walk, and lift packages throughout the day Excited to work within the fashion and e-commerce industry Preferred Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software Retail, customer service, or e-commerce experience Interest in fashion, styling, merchandising, or luxury brands Previous experience with inventory, fulfillment, or operations is a plus—but not required

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
