E-commerce Fulfillment Associate Job Description We are a skincare distribution company seeking a full-time, skilled individual for our E-commerce Fulfillment Associate position within our fulfillment center. We are looking for self-starting, motivated and committed individuals. Responsibilities Amazon FBA Prep & Pack Prepare, label, and package products according to Amazon FBA requirements. Inspect products for quality control before shipment. Create and print shipping labels and barcodes. Organize and maintain inventory for efficient processing. Assist with bundling and kitting products as needed. Ensure all shipments comply with Amazon's packaging and shipping guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Receiving and Put Away Receive and reconcile shipments from vendors Put away product to inventory locations Receive and process returns daily Picking and Packing Pick and pack items on a per order basis for delivery to customers Ability to ensure accuracy of items picked/packed Properly stage orders in assigned bin locations Inventory prep (labeling, packaging) for outbound shipments Warehouse Organization and Standards Keep warehouse clean and organized daily Conduct cycle counts Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with 'FIFO' practices (First In, First Out) Ensure the Standards of Conduct policy is followed to provide a safe and inclusive work environment Assist Operations Manager with all warehouse tasks when delegated Qualifications Experience with Amazon FBA prep is a plus but not required (training provided). Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 40 lbs). Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a bonus. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor's Degree a plus Experience working in a retail or warehouse environment General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible and honest Must strive in high-stress environments Effective communication skills Team oriented, works with and responds well to others Positive attitude, helpful and respectful Organized Ability to lift and maneuver heavy boxes (up to 40 lbs.)
