Job Description

The Fulfillment Specialist is the front line, the hub, of the Peterglenn.com order fulfillment team. The role primarily deals with locating, pulling, packing, and shipping internet orders that are assigned to the store for fulfillment. Accuracy, comfort with deadline pressure, and the ability to maintain ongoing interactions with store customers, coworkers, and the customer service personnel are keys to this position. Locate merchandise from the sales floor for internet orders Package internet orders being shipped according to goal Resolve open/unshipped orders Coordinate with customer service to resolve out-of-stocks and unshipped items Complete inter-store transfer requests Work with customer service staff to resolve customer order issues Extra duties, as assigned Experience with fulfillment, administrative, or similar systems High school diploma or equivalent Must be available to work evenings and weekends Candidates must be computer literate Must be able to read, write and communicate in English Experience with shipping software is helpful Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task Must have a customer-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Able to be on your feet for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 20lbs Possible other physical demands talking, standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, carrying, climbing, and more
