In this role, you will ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate, compliant, and processed on time. This position requires someone who works with urgency, precision, and accountability, and can maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and package orders with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all items are secure and properly labeled Verify medications, quantities, and documentation prior to shipment Process, pick, and pack orders efficiently while maintaining strict attention to detail Utilize warehouse systems (WMS, RF scanners, or similar) to track inventory and update order status Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate documentation Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and compliance-driven workspace Proactively identify and correct discrepancies before shipments leave the facility Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or pharmacy operations Proven ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Experience with WMS, RF scanners, or ERP systems (AS400/MRP preferred) Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Reliable, punctual, and accountable What Sets Top Candidates Apart Experience in pharmacy or healthcare-related shipping Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Track record of consistent accuracy and on-time performance Strong sense of ownership and accountability for their work Why Join PHC Pharmacy Stable and growing healthcare organization Structured environment with clear expectations Team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and accountability Opportunity to contribute to meaningful patient care
