We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all products are handled efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards Label, organize, and store inventory in designated areas Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory transactions Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified) Coordinate with carriers and drivers for pickups and deliveries Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Standing, walking, lifting, and bending required throughout the shift

Pay:

$22.30 - $26.90 per hour
