We believe that efficient fulfillment is essential to creating a great customer experience, and our warehouse team plays a vital role in making that happen. We are currently seeking a dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our growing operations team. Position Overview As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders, organizing inventory, and supporting the daily movement of products throughout our warehouse. You'll work with a collaborative team to ensure orders are completed accurately and shipped on time. Responsibilities Pick products according to customer orders. Verify item quantities and product information before packing. Pack and label shipments for domestic and outbound delivery. Organize inventory and replenish stock in assigned locations. Assist with receiving incoming merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems. Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Report inventory shortages or damaged products to supervisors. Support additional warehouse projects as business needs require. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift and move products throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and scanning device familiarity. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. $22.20 - $23.20 per hour
